COMPANY INFORMATION

“Magasépítő ’99” Építőipari, Generálkivitelező és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Magasépítő ’99 Construction, General Contracting and Services Limited Liability Company) was established in January 2005.

The company’s head office is located in Siófok (8600 Siófok, Somlay Artúr utca 20.), but the company is active nationwide.

In the past close to fifteen years the company has been growing continuously as a result of growing demand and increasing opportunities, and today its activities cover practically the entire range of construction activities from general planning to general contracting.

Today our company can implement any civil engineering, building engineering as well as light and heavy current project with considerable experience behind us.

The company is directed by a managing director who has direct control over the company’s technical and administrative divisions.

The technical division is led by a civil engineer who works with a technical supervisor with 4 technical preparatory assistants under his direction.

The administrative tasks of the company are performed by two persons.

Five building supervisors provide on-site leadership who, depending on the size of a given project, are in charge of implementation either in groups or individually.

Our headcount is 30, typically consisting of a team that is put together to cover all construction tasks, with bricklayers, tile layers, joiners and locksmiths among them.

We partner with the same qualified subcontractors.

At the beginning of 2009 our company acquired the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate, in 2011 the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 environmental management system certificate, and in 2012 the MSZ 28001:2008 occupational health and safety management system certificate, and since then our company has been operating pursuant to the Integrated Management System.

Our company is a qualified supplier of the MOL Group.

Projects are divided into 3 main areas:

INDUSTRIAL projects:

Ø Since its foundation, our company has been actively involved in industrial investments. The majority of these investments are implemented on the work area of the MOL Group. (gas processing, isolation, compression and measurement stations associated with hydrocarbon pipelines, and the installation and construction work as well as partial telecommunications tasks related to other structures)
