On March 3, 2026, the 10th anniversary ceremony of the international Businesswoman & Businessman 2025 Award took place in Kyiv, recognizing the achievements of women and men in entrepreneurship, management, and leadership.
Among the award winners is Yurii Kryvosheia, President, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder of PJSC Toronto-Kyiv, who was honored in the “Socially Responsible Business” category. This recognition highlights his consistent work at the intersection of business, investment, and international cooperation.

Yurii Kryvosheia leads the investment and development company Toronto-Kyiv and is actively involved in the development of multiple businesses across real estate, the hospitality sector, e-commerce, and impact investing. He is also a co-founder of the book platform Yakaboo, Vice President of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (CUCC), and co-founder of HTL Ukraine, an organization focused on the strategic development of the tourism industry.
A significant focus of his work is strengthening Canada–Ukraine relations. Toronto-Kyiv is an active participant in key international initiatives, including the Rebuild Ukraine Conference—one of the largest annual platforms in Canada and North America that brings together business leaders, government representatives, and international organizations to support Ukraine’s recovery and attract investment.

Thanks to its infrastructure and expertise, Toronto-Kyiv also serves as a permanent venue for major business events, meetings, and hosting Canadian and international delegations. This contributes to the development of economic dialogue between countries and fosters trust among international partners.
The recognition of Yurii Kryvosheia in the “Socially Responsible Business” category underscores the important role of business leaders in driving social transformation, advancing international partnerships, and enhancing Ukraine’s investment attractiveness.
