Today, Ukrainian women are a driving force of change. They build businesses, open new markets, launch social initiatives, and at the same time shape a new culture of leadership.
Their achievements go beyond numbers or profit. They are about impact, responsibility, and the ability to transform society. That is why many of these stories become records — symbols of new standards in business and national development.

Raisa Mykhailova: Quality as a Leadership Strategy
Raisa Mykhailova is the CEO of Favor Company LLC, one of Ukraine’s leading dairy processing enterprises, operating since 1993.
Under her leadership, the company has not only maintained stability during challenging times for the industry but has also continued to grow by implementing innovative production approaches. The company places particular emphasis on products for children and dietary nutrition — segments where quality is critically important.

One such milestone was the creation of Ukraine’s first thermostatic “live” yogurt for children under the AMA brand, officially recognized as a national record.
This case demonstrates how the combination of experience, innovation, and social responsibility creates a strong Ukrainian business focused not only on the market but also on future generations.

Liudmyla Hdychynska: Scale, Technology, and a New Production Culture
Liudmyla Hdychynska is the CEO of Krolikoff, a company that has built one of the largest agro-industrial complexes in Ukraine.
Her business is a model of full-cycle production: from animal breeding to processing and finished products. The company operates according to European standards, implements automated control systems, energy-efficient technologies, and prioritizes environmentally responsible processes.

Krolikoff not only produces goods but also shapes a new culture of consumption — one that is high-quality, safe, and responsible.
A symbolic achievement of the company was setting a Ukrainian record by creating the longest braided rabbit meat product. The braid measured 52.8 meters and weighed 50 kg. This accomplishment was not merely a gastronomic experiment, but a demonstration of the scale, creativity, and capability of Ukrainian production.
Liudmyla Hdychynska represents a leader who thinks systemically — from product quality to the role of business in the national economy.

Yuliia Skichko: Business That Creates Opportunities
Yuliia Skichko is the owner of the construction company Alef Stroy, a volunteer, a mother of five, and the founder of Ukraine’s first training school for female construction equipment operators.
Her story is about transforming challenges into opportunities. As an internally displaced person, she not only rebuilt her own business but also launched a socially impactful project that helps other women gain new professions.
The school became a breakthrough in an industry traditionally considered “male-dominated.” Thanks to this initiative, dozens of women have acquired new qualifications and joined the country’s reconstruction efforts.
The first collective graduation of female excavator operators was officially recorded as a Ukrainian record — but its significance goes far beyond that.
It represents a shift in mindset, the breaking of stereotypes, and the creation of a new role for women in Ukraine’s economy.
Yuliia Skichko is an example of leadership that not only grows business but also opens doors for others.
More Than Records
Each of these stories is about more than achievements.
They are about women who:
— create jobs
— develop the economy
— implement innovations
— support society
And at the same time — inspire.
In this context, records become more than just documented results; they turn into symbols of impact. They show that Ukrainian business can be strong, modern, and socially responsible.
And that increasingly, it is women who stand behind these changes.
