Exclusively for the international gloss magazine Business Woman, Valeria Tovstoles spoke about her creative journey, inspiration, mask-free personal brand, listener support, dreams of large solo concerts, new music projects, and shared her main piece of advice for women who boldly choose their own path.
— Valeria, today your music resonates with an ever-growing audience. How would you describe the stage you are currently in as an artist?
Right now, I am at a stage where I feel ready for large solo concerts. For me, this is the next logical step in my creative work. All that is left is to assemble a strong team and bring this idea to life for my listeners.
At the same time, I have already started realizing this dream. My first Girls Vibe party recently took place, dedicated to the release of the track of the same name. It was an evening with a DJ set, a live presentation of the new song, and a special atmosphere. I believe this is only the beginning of a long journey.
— Your songs are distinguished by sincerity, boldness, and emotional depth. Where do you draw inspiration for writing music and lyrics?
I live a very rich life and have always been an emotional person. It is real experiences, acquaintances, and life stories that become the foundation of my songs.
Sometimes people trust me with their innermost stories because they feel calm around me and can be themselves. Often, these exact conversations become a source of inspiration for new music.
— Each of your releases has its own story. What inspired your latest release, Girls Vibe?
Girls Vibe was born thanks to the women who are around me today. I had long dreamed of creating a community of creative girls, as I am certain that it is much easier to achieve dreams together.
My heroines in the music video are not professional models or actresses, but women who felt my energy and wanted to become part of this project. I am very grateful to each of them for their support, trust, and inspiration.
That is precisely how this song was born — out of great love for female friendship, mutual support, and joint creativity.
— Being an artist today is not only about creating music but also about developing a personal brand. How important is it for you to independently form your creative persona?
To be honest, I don’t create a creative persona.
I simply remain myself. For me, it is important to be authentic rather than to meet someone else’s expectations or trends. I think sincerity itself is my greatest strength.
— Were there moments in your career when you wanted to give up everything? What helped you keep moving forward?
There were such moments. But every time, it was the listeners who restored my faith in myself.
Very often, just when I doubted my path, people would approach me and say that my songs helped or inspired them. After hearing such words, you realize that you have no right to stop.
It is the support of people that motivates me to keep creating music.
— What creative goals are you setting for yourself in the near future?
I dream of recording a collaborative song with Ivan Liulenov. Currently, I am working on music that I hope will mark the beginning of this creative collaboration.
Ahead are also new performances, including participation in the project “Karaoke on the Maidan,” as well as several creative ideas that I don’t want to talk about prematurely just yet. I prefer to let the results speak for me.

Listen to your heart and do not be afraid of changes.
Do not stay alone with your dreams — there will always be people nearby who will support and help you. Fill your life with your favorite work, travel, new acquaintances, and happy moments.
Do not be afraid to be yourself. Your uniqueness alone can become the very thing that leads you to success.
