In the city of Cartagena (Spain), a meeting dedicated to the development of cultural dialogue between Ukraine and Spain took place. The guest of the event was Ukrainian singer, public figure, and diplomat Oksana Bilozir.
The official reception was held at the Consistorial Palace, a historic building that is one of the city’s symbols. On behalf of the municipality, the Ukrainian delegation was welcomed by the Deputy Mayor of Cartagena, Cristina Mora. This was reported by People’s Artist of Ukraine Oksana Bilozir.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Cartagena (FaVCAC), the Association of Ukrainians of Cartagena “Hromada,” local authorities, and the Ukrainian community of the region.
During the conversation, the parties discussed the role of culture in strengthening international ties, support for Ukrainians abroad, and new opportunities for developing joint humanitarian and cultural projects.
According to the participants, cultural diplomacy remains one of the most important tools for representing Ukraine in the world today. Through art, music, and creativity, Ukrainians continue to convey the truth about their country, its values, and its struggle for freedom.

Such meetings not only strengthen international partnership but also create new opportunities for supporting Ukrainian communities abroad, which remain crucial centers for preserving national identity and culture.
The event became another example of how the Ukrainian voice continues to resonate on the international stage, uniting people around shared values, mutual respect, and cultural dialogue.
