Ukrainian Business in Tallinn: A Meeting of Experience, Cooperation, and a New Community Initiative

A meeting of Ukrainian entrepreneurs took place in Tallinn at one of the service stations founded by two Ukrainian businessmen.

The event was organized by Volodymyr Palamar, representative of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Estonia.

Among the participants were Hanna Krysiuk, President of Business Woman Club and owner of the Business Woman magazine, Inna Hordiienko, Director of the foreign representative office of Business Woman magazine in Estonia, and Vitalii Taradaiko, representative of the International Headquarters for Assistance to Ukrainians.

During the meeting, Hanna Krysiuk shared the experience and activities of Business Woman Club, its projects, the work of Business Woman magazine, as well as initiatives of the International Headquarters for Assistance to Ukrainians, the “Greening of the Planet” project, and the “Book of World Records.”

Ukrainian entrepreneurs already developing businesses in Tallinn spoke about their experience of starting businesses abroad and discussed current challenges, including issues of double taxation and legal aspects of doing business in Estonia.

At the end of the meeting, participants proposed the idea of creating an association of Ukrainian businesses in Estonia aimed at cooperation, experience exchange, and mutual support among entrepreneurs. As a working title for the future community, the participants suggested the name “Kryivka.”
