On May 30–31, the historic Villa Scheibler in Milan will become the center of Ukrainian culture, literature, and international dialogue. This is where the Second Ukrainian Book Festival will take place — a large-scale event that will unite authors, public figures, representatives of creative industries, the Ukrainian diaspora, and international partners.

One of the key organizers of the festival was Nadiia Bereziuk — a representative of the international project Book World Records in Italy, a public figure, and an active promoter of Ukrainian culture abroad. It is thanks to her initiative and international activity that the festival will become not only a literary event but also a powerful platform for cultural diplomacy, supporting Ukrainian identity, and uniting Ukrainians in Europe.
Within the framework of the festival, Nadiia Bereziuk will also present the international project Book World Records — a global platform that records unique achievements in the fields of culture, art, science, education, and social initiatives. Special attention will be paid to records set by Ukrainians in Italy, which have become an example of the strength of the Ukrainian community abroad.
The international magazine Business Woman and UA Diaspora Italia acted as media partners of the festival. A significant part of the program is formed by representatives of the international community Business Woman, directors of foreign representative offices of the magazine, and Ukrainian women leaders who are actively developing cultural and business ties of Ukraine in the world today.

One of the key speakers will be Anna Voronova, Director of the Business Woman representative office in Portugal — an expert in creating confident self-presentation and the founder of the international forum WomaUp. She will hold a meeting on the topic of personal brand development and effective self-presentation in an international environment.

The presentation of the “Mamyna Sorochka” project by designer and director of Business Woman in Germany Oksana Schoorlemmer will attract special attention of the guests. Within the festival, a show of the collection will take place, which combines modern design, Ukrainian tradition, and poetry, as well as the presentation of Mariana Hrytsuniak’s book “Mother’s Shirt and the War in Ukraine”.

Among the special guests of the festival is Zhanna Zhukova, representative of Business Woman in Naples, author of the social project “Solidarity Calendar ‘Ukrainian Women in Italy 2026′”. The initiative has become a platform for visibility and support of Ukrainian women who, after the start of the full-scale war, realized themselves in Italy and continue to help Ukraine.

Within the framework of the festival, a presentation of the poetry collection “Pixel Life” by military psychologist Khrystyna Yevtushenko will also take place, which will be presented by the director of Business Woman in Hungary Khrystyna Hiresh. This is sincere and powerful poetry, born during the war and service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Halyna Malovshek, Director of the Business Woman representative office in Slovenia, will also come to Milan to present the work of Ukrainian writer Oleksandra Karoia — the author of poetry collections about motherhood, memory, war, and the strength of the Ukrainian spirit.

A separate part of the program will be a panel discussion with the participation of entrepreneur, member of the Business Woman Club, and founder of the Zarmilkas brand Liudmyla Shanska. She will share the history of creating a Ukrainian brand of designer jewelry, which today is represented in European showrooms and promotes Ukrainian culture through modern ethnic design.

Special mention should be made of the founder of the festival, Iryna Luts — President of the Ucraina Più Milano association, a public figure, and one of the most active promoters of Ukrainian culture in Italy. It is thanks to her many years of work, energy, and ability to unite the Ukrainian community around her that the Ukrainian book festival in Milan becomes an important international cultural platform for the second time.
The Second Ukrainian Book Festival in Milan will become a space where Ukrainian literature, women’s leadership, art, and international cooperation will unite around the main idea — to preserve Ukrainian identity, support each other, and create new opportunities for Ukrainians in the world.
Today, a Ukrainian book in Europe is more than literature. It is the voice of a nation, cultural diplomacy, and the living strength of the Ukrainian community far beyond the borders of the Homeland.
