On Constitution Day of Ukraine, June 28, a new Record of Ukraine was officially set in Ternopil Oblast. A large-scale patriotic event took place in the Biletska Rural Territorial Community, where 340 participants continuously read the Constitution of Ukraine for over two hours.
The achievement was officially registered by the Book of World Records in the “Mass Events” category as “The largest number of people participating in the continuous reading of the Constitution of Ukraine.”
Taking turns, the event participants continuously read out the articles of the state’s Basic Law, creating a symbolic chain of unity, respect for Ukrainian statehood, and democratic values. The campaign became a striking example of how a joint community initiative can turn into a significant event on a national scale.
The official registration of the record and the presentation of diplomas were carried out by Maryana Yuryk, a representative of the Book of World Records, deputy of the Ternopil City Council, journalist, and public figure.
The new record became one of the largest mass events dedicated to the Constitution Day of Ukraine, proving once again that the Basic Law is not only the foundation of Ukrainian statehood but also a symbol of the unity, responsibility, and resilience of the Ukrainian people.
