A new National Record of Ukraine has been officially established in the Cherkasy region. LLC “Krolikoff Plus” produced the country’s longest meat braid made from rabbit meat, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship and the successful advancement of Ukrainian craft production. The record was officially registered on November 7, 2025, in the village of Dzenzelivka, Uman district, Cherkasy region. The unique product reached an impressive length of 52 meters and 80 centimeters, weighing 50 kilograms, making it the longest rabbit meat braid ever made in Ukraine.
Following the initial presentation, the company’s team demonstrated the manufacturing process and conducted the official measurement of the record-breaking product. Based on the verified results, Anna Krysiuk, Director General of the Book of World Records, announced the establishment of the new national milestone.
Halyna Byshenko, Director General of the “Stolytsia” Medical Clinic, also joined the official certification ceremony.
Representatives of the Book of World Records emphasized that the company’s achievement is not only a culinary record but also an inspiring example of the growth of Ukrainian manufacturing, support for local businesses, and the popularization of high-quality, eco-friendly products.
LLC “Krolikoff Plus” has become the first rabbit meat production enterprise in Ukraine to be officially entered into the Book of World Records of Ukraine. This new milestone reaffirms that Ukrainian producers are capable of surprising the market with innovative ideas, premium quality, and ambitious projects that draw international attention to the development of the domestic food industry.
