An open WAKO kickboxing tournament, Sports Evening “In Memory of the Angels of Sport”, dedicated to Kyiv Day, took place in Kyiv. This was reported by Business Woman Club.
The event became not only a major sporting occasion but also an important initiative to honor the memory of Ukrainian athletes, coaches, and members of the sports community who lost their lives while defending Ukraine’s independence and freedom.

Traditionally, the tournament was organized by the WAKO Kickboxing Federation of Ukraine under the leadership of its President, Olga Pavlenko, who is also a member of the Business Woman Club Council, in cooperation with leading sports clubs from across the country.
Participants, mentors, and partners of Business Woman Club joined the event, demonstrating their support for the development of Ukrainian sports, youth initiatives, and socially significant projects.

Among the distinguished guests were Hanna Krysiuk, President of Business Woman Club and owner of Business Woman magazine; Yuliia Skichko, member of the Business Woman Club Council and founder of Alef Stroy Group; Viktoriia Honcharuk, founder of the Maximus Sports Club; Halyna Byshenko, founder of the Stolitsia Medical Clinic; Andrija Djuranovic, mentor of Business Woman Club, Deputy Ambassador of Montenegro to Ukraine and First Secretary of the Embassy of Montenegro; as well as representatives of the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine and the International Headquarters for Assistance to Ukrainians.
The tournament brought together athletes from various regions of Ukraine, who demonstrated a high level of preparation, sporting excellence, endurance, and strength of character.

It is particularly important that events like this help foster not only a culture of sport but also preserve the memory of those who gave their lives for Ukraine. Through sport, unity, and respect for heroes, society continues to pass on the values of courage, responsibility, and love for the homeland to future generations.
Business Woman Club supports initiatives that unite sport, civic responsibility, and national remembrance, as it is precisely such projects that contribute to building a strong future for Ukraine.
