According to him, on behalf of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a special response protocol of regional military administrations (OVA) has been activated in all regions of the country. Such measures are aimed at supporting enterprises in conditions of war risks, in particular through threats to production, logistics and centralized storage of products.
The departments of economics of the OVA are switching to a round-the-clock mode of operation for operational interaction with business. In each region, there will be a “single window” for receiving requests from entrepreneurs, and contact numbers will be published on the official resources of administrations.
A separate area of work is to help enterprises decentralize product storage. For this purpose, special working groups have been created that will facilitate the search for new locations, the organization of their rapid deployment and the provision of the necessary infrastructure.
Enterprises that open additional or reserve production sites in other regions will receive comprehensive support from regional military administrations and communities. The support will cover issues of territories, logistics, communications and the restoration or expansion of activities.
Also, together with the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, working groups on logistics issues were created to ensure a quick response to business needs.
In addition, online consultations with the participation of OVA leaders will be held weekly on the “Government and Business Dialogue” platform. Representatives of enterprises will have the opportunity to raise the issue of operation, relocation or expansion of production and promptly receive support.
According to Viktor Mykyta, regional military administrations are ready to respond immediately to business appeals, helping enterprises maintain the continuity of the country’s work and economic potential even in war conditions.
