On June 21, the first psychological forum for the Ukrainian community—MindSpace Forum—took place in Naples, becoming a unique space for self-discovery, personal growth, and mutual support.
The event brought together dozens of participants who gained the opportunity to pause amidst the whirlpool of daily routines, listen to themselves, and take a step toward inner change. The forum was not just a series of lectures and meetings, but a true journey into oneself, a rethinking of personal beliefs, and a search for new opportunities for growth.

Throughout the day, participants worked on their mindsets, discovered new resources, and discussed inner strength and ways to overcome life’s challenges. The atmosphere of openness and trust fostered sincere conversations, emotional experiences, and new connections.
A special role in the program was played by psychological practices and presentations by experts. Insights and experiences were shared by psychologists Tetiana Tyshchenko and Iryna Lokaziuk, alongside Olena Sukhoviy—a nutritionist, health mentor, and body therapist.
The forum was organized by the MindSpace project, the Association of Progressive Ukrainian Women in Italy, CRASA APS, and the Lalla Club Ukrainian Women’s Community.

As noted by Oleksandr Mesechko, the event organizer and head of the MindSpace community of Ukrainian psychologists in Italy, the main goal of the event was to create a safe space where everyone could feel supported and united with the community.
“Every day I see our people here in Italy. I see how much energy we spend to keep going, to work, to help our relatives, and simply not to give up. Life has forced us to become extremely strong. But sometimes, you get very tired of this strength. This event is like a tight, warm hug that we all so often miss far from home. We did this so that everyone who entered the hall could feel warmth, support, and remember that they are not alone on their path,” Oleksandr Mesechko stated.
“Our association CRASA APS immediately responded to the request to organize such an event. We understand how difficult it is to find one’s path in a foreign country, and such psychological support is essential, even if many cannot admit it even to themselves,” said Zhanna Zhukova, President of the CRASA APS Association and representative of Business Woman Magazine in Southern Italy.
The forum also featured a presentation of Business Woman Magazine and the Book of Records of Ukraine, where participants discussed prospects for investment, professional growth, and new opportunities for the Ukrainian community in Italy.
“MindSpace Forum is about support, self-realization, and a new life. And this is just the beginning,” the organizers emphasize.
The first MindSpace Forum became a significant event for Ukrainians in Naples and the whole of Southern Italy, confirming the community’s high demand for psychological support, personal development, and the creation of a space for mutual assistance.
