Life After Reset: The Story of Olga Diie on the Power of Transformation, Inner Growth, and New Meaning

Is it possible to start life over when everything seems lost? A financial reset, moving to a foreign country, inner exhaustion, a self-esteem crisis, and the need to rebuild oneself literally from scratch. These are the very trials that Olga Diie went through—a woman who managed to turn the most difficult period of her life into the foundation for a new stage of development.

Specially for Business Woman magazine, within the “Power of a Dream” project, Olga spoke candidly about the four years that changed her forever. This is a story about losses that became growth points, about the courage to move forward even when there was almost no strength left, and about choosing not to give up.

“My life can be divided into five different stages. But the last four years have been special. When I look at my photos from that time, it seems like it was a completely different person,” she says.

After a total financial reset, Olga was forced to find the strength to act anew every single day. A new country, unfamiliar rules of life, constant challenges, and the need to adapt became a real test of endurance.

An equally difficult trial was the circumstances that shook her self-confidence. She confesses that she had to literally rebuild her self-esteem step by step, relearning to trust herself and her decisions.

The hardest period was deep mental and physical exhaustion. That was when Olga realized: sometimes the greatest strength lies not in total control, but in the ability to let it go.

“I see this period as an important stage of my growth. It had to happen. And today I can tell myself: thank you for pulling through. It was worth all the effort,” she shares.

Despite all the difficulties, this very period became a time of her greatest professional achievements. Olga created a large-scale Ukrainian community in Paris, which today unites around 600 people. She organized a major forum in a famous French cabaret that brought together over 500 participants, as well as dozens of business events, transformational retreats, educational programs, and trips that became a space for growth for Ukrainians abroad.

During this time, nearly a thousand people from different countries around the world have undergone individual therapy with her. Every year, she conducts two authorial two-month courses dedicated to relationships, self-realization, and finding one’s purpose.

Changes in her personal life also posed a special challenge. Together with her husband, they went through difficult stages that required endurance, mutual support, and wisdom. Today, her personal experience has become the foundation of her work with people, as she is convinced: it is often the difficult moments that help strengthen relationships and better understand oneself.

“Wisdom and competent thinking are important in everything,” Olga is convinced.

Her story is not about loss. It is about how, even after the deepest reset, one can build a life that becomes stronger, more conscious, and more large-scale than before.

Today, Olga Diie continues to work with people, helping them go through their own transformations and find inner support. She is convinced: every crisis can become the beginning of a new life if viewed not as an end, but as an opportunity to grow.

The story of Olga Diie serves as another reminder: a woman’s strength is not born when everything goes easily. It manifests in the ability to go through trials, not lose oneself, and one day thank life even for the hardest lessons.

Because the power of a dream is not in the absence of difficulties.

It is in the courage to choose moving forward every single time.
