On March 3, 2026, the jubilee, tenth ceremony of the international Businesswoman & Businessman 2025 award took place in Kyiv, recognizing achievements of women and men in entrepreneurship, management, and leadership.
Among the award’s nominees is Iryna Zelenina, Director of LLC “KTP Chamber Export Support Center,” nominated in the “Successful Business” category. This recognition confirms her strategic approach to business development, building effective ecosystems, and integrating Ukrainian companies into global markets.


Iryna Zelenina specializes in scaling Ukrainian businesses through cluster models, international B2B missions, and exhibition strategies. She organizes collective stands of Ukrainian companies at the world’s largest food exhibitions such as Anuga, SIAL Paris, Gulfood under the “Trade with Ukraine” brand. Thanks to this, Ukrainian ice cream reached Panama, organic milk — the UAE, chocolate — South Africa, as well as timber, furniture, and beverages — Poland, Austria, and Lithuania.
Iryna’s approach is based on structured development, partnerships, and integration into global value chains. She is a co-owner and president of the Public Union “Ukrainian Export Alliance,” laureate of Ukrainian Business Awards 2025, active member of Business Woman Club, women’s leadership workshops, and speaker at international business forums. At these events, Iryna emphasizes partner search, verification of foreign economic documents, and market entry.
