An event in Norway has become a strong example of effective collaboration and women’s leadership. The team of the Business Woman magazine representative office signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian-Norwegian organization Building Bridges Norge.

This partnership brings together initiatives created by women who not only speak about change but implement it systematically. It represents cooperation at the intersection of social impact, international collaboration, and practical support for the Ukrainian community.
Building Bridges Norge operates as a platform that unites people, resources, and opportunities to support Ukrainian families, develop humanitarian initiatives, and strengthen ties between Ukraine and Norway. Through charitable projects, awareness campaigns, and events, the organization creates an environment where support becomes consistent and sustainable.
A key role in developing this partnership is played by Bohdana Kozak, co-founder of the initiative, who works on building Ukrainian-Norwegian connections and developing long-term support formats.
As part of the event, a charity concert was held by Ukrainian singer, songwriter, volunteer, and military service member Khrystyna Panasiuk. Her performance became the emotional highlight of the evening — a powerful, authentic story of strength, dignity, and lived experience of war expressed through music.
Following the concert, the Business Woman team had the opportunity to meet Khrystyna Panasiuk in person, present the magazine and the Book World Records publication, and arrange a forthcoming interview to be published soon on the platform.
This partnership goes beyond formal cooperation, shaping a new model of interaction based on shared values, trust, and a strategic vision for development.
