International cooperation gains true value when its result is concrete good deeds and support for people. One such example was the partnership between Ukrainian and Slovenian organizations, which has already brought the first important results for Ukrainian children.
This was reported by Mariia Chorna, who noted that after signing a memorandum of cooperation with the union “Ukrainians in Slovenia ‘Berehynia'”, Ukrainian children had the opportunity to enjoy a health and recreational trip to Slovenia this summer.
According to her, the trip became not only an opportunity to restore strength, but also a chance to distract themselves from daily anxieties, even if only for a short time, and to feel the safety, care, and support of the international Ukrainian community.
Mariia Chorna expressed special gratitude to the head of the union “Ukrainians in Slovenia ‘Berehynia'” Halyna Malovshyk, the entire team of the organization, as well as the Kirovohrad Regional Center for Children and Youth Creativity for their joint work on implementing this initiative.
During their stay in Slovenia, the Ukrainian children not only rested, but also proudly represented Ukraine by sharing a part of Ukrainian culture, creativity, and sincerity with their Slovenian friends.
“I sincerely thank everyone who helped make this trip possible. Happy children’s eyes are the best proof that international cooperation has real value,” emphasized Mariia Chorna.
This story demonstrates once again that international partnerships are not just signed documents, but real opportunities to support children, strengthen friendship between nations, and promote Ukraine in the world.
