Within the framework of the 10th anniversary International Economic Women’s Forum “Business Woman Forum 2026”, a special symbolic event took place in Medzhybizh — the establishment of the Diplomatic Alley of Remembrance and Faith in the Future.
Near the walls of the historic Medzhybizh Castle, representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations, government authorities, the public sector, and forum participants united around a common idea — to plant an alley of viburnum as a sign of remembrance, unity, and support for Ukraine.

A special moment of the event was the planting of the first viburnum bush by the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Major General Oleksandr Pivnenko. This symbolic gesture was dedicated to the Ukrainian Heroes who gave their lives for the freedom, independence, and future of our state.
Viburnum is one of the deepest symbols of Ukrainian culture and national identity. It embodies the strength of the lineage, love for the Motherland, historical memory, and the resilience of the Ukrainian people. Today, this symbol takes on even greater significance, becoming a sign of international solidarity with Ukraine.

The Diplomatic Alley became not only an environmental initiative but also an important gesture of support and mutual understanding between countries. Each planted bush symbols new bridges of cooperation, partnership, and friendship that continue to strengthen even in the most difficult times for Ukraine.
In a world where diplomacy increasingly goes beyond official meetings and documents, such symbolic actions acquire special value. After all, trees and bushes are the language of life, hope, and development, understood by people regardless of borders, cultures, and languages.

The Diplomatic Alley of Remembrance and Faith in the Future will become a living reminder that true support is measured not only by words but also by joint actions for the sake of peace, unity, and the future of the next generations.
