A Free Online Business Finance Course Launched in Ukraine

A new free online course, “Finance for Business: People, Processes, Systems,” has been launched in Ukraine. The course aims to develop financial literacy and management skills among entrepreneurs and business leaders.

This was reported by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

The initiative was launched by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in partnership with the NGO “Ukrainian Association of Financial Executives.” The course is designed to help businesses build effective financial processes and prevent common mistakes at the early stages of development.

The program has a strong practical focus. It includes real-life cases, templates, and frameworks. Participants will receive text materials, tests, and practical assignments, allowing them to reinforce their knowledge during the learning process.

The course consists of 10 lessons. Topics cover management reporting, its principles, the structure of a financial department, roles and responsibilities. The program also includes common accounting mistakes, budgeting, report automation, and the use of artificial intelligence in finance. Additional topics address the tax and legal structure of a business, bonus systems for employees, and interaction between co-owners.

The course also explores working with financial data. Participants will learn how to prepare financial presentations and use data for managerial decision-making.

Anyone interested can join the course. Organizers note that the training will be useful both for beginner entrepreneurs and experienced managers. The course will help systematize financial processes in companies and improve the quality of management decisions.
